Amman Jordan, (May 2006) – As part of its on going aims to play a pivotal role in the social and economic development of Jordan and the region at large, Jordan Investment trust PLC (Jordinvest) was recently the golden sponsor for the Qatar Economic Forum (QEF) which was held in Doha at the Doha Sheraton Hotel.
The conference, held under the patronage of HRH Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Tani, served as the perfect setting to showcase all the new business opportunities and projects that are emerging and existing within Qatar's advancing business environment. On its part, Jordinvest strove to seek new business and economic development opportunities that serve to forward its plans for advancing regionally.
Stemming from Jordinvest’s genuine interest to expand its operations on a regional scale and to see itself become the leading promoter of investment and business development in the region at large Mr. Ahmad Tantash, Chairman/CEO of Jordinvest stated, "We, at Jordinvest firmly believe that it is our strong faith in the region's healthy business environment that has inspired us to take on the role of sponsor for this event.
