• Damac Real Estate Development IPO starts Monday 22/100/2007 till 11/11/2007
• Jordinvest is the Financial Advisor, Arranger, and Lead Manager

Amman  October 2007, Jordinvest announced earlier the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission of Damac Real Estate Development's prospectus to start the public offering and subscription of 1,250,0000 shares. The 1,250,000 shares are offered at par value of JD1 per share. Jordan Kuwait Bank will welcome all subscribers from the 22^nd of October till the 11^th of November in all of its branches across the Kingdom.

Jordinvest’s Corporate Finance team conducted the feasibility studies and financial projections for Damac Real Estate Development. Moreover, Jordinvest devised and prepared this IPO’s prospectus.
